Trending @Infosys; Expected Hike percentage

I joined infosys 8 months ago. Am I eligible to get a hike in this month?

It will be single digit. Few exceptional cases who are on low base pay but high performance will get upto 20. But majority junta will get between 6-8% as already communicated

I think they already announced in townhall for 6-8% so doubt they will give double digit unless one us is the new son in law🤭

May be 10% since it would be my first hike here 😇 But people say don’t expect more than 8%

Chances are I might not get also, as people are discussing hikes are based on previous year cycle If It is true then no expectations as my rating was ME then
