I am performing well in my team and my manager and leads are very happy from my performance. Last year I didn't get a hike because I was promoted by techleap exam.

Techleap exam is mainly for freshers which they will give and if they clear they will get the promotion from associate to analyst.

Two of my colleagues got 50% hike by teachleap promotion, and remaining team members got hike 24% without any promotion

No. We have to check on performance and reward portal. We used to get calls from lead.

See at the time of clearing techleap. You will get a promotion. I'm more interested in knowing about the hike actually. Like how much of a hike can I expect on average?

They got 25% hike but some also get 30%

Even i have this question, apart from being promoted and the hike that we get along with it. I haven't seen any hike here in the last 2 year. they gave some hike in June cycle (like around 4-5% how much hike can we expect in the November cycle?
