I am an analyst (CBO - Consulting) with 2.7 years of experience. My current CTC 9.5 LPA ( 8.45 Fixed + 1.05 Variable) My coach told me that I got promoted to consultant.

My Ratings: PY25 - STRONG - Promoted ( hike ??) PY24 - STRONG (21.2% hike) PY23 - COMMENSURATE (16.3% hike) I am a campus hire
