Trending @Capgemini; Expected hike %

Hi All,

I joined Capgemini in April 2024 with 4.6 YOE and 18.5 LPA at consultant position.

In March 2025, I didn’t get any hike,I only got rating i.e Succeeding that too in December 2024 itself.

It’s going to be almost 2 year this April. How much hike should I expect? I got succeeding this year too(because project got changed in this August).

I am already thinking to switch to another company as I am already 6.5 years…. Just waiting for the hike %
