Expected CTC in 4 yrs

Hi

I’m working as a Salesforce developer in accenture from 4 yrs now , this is my 1st company.

My package is still around 6 LPA

What should be expected CTC for my exp .

I feel I am stuck in this company

I am neither upskilling nor in the process of searching

Any suggestion
