50L+(without esops) bracket is for SPMs usually, 4 years for work ex in product minimum. If you qualify for both.
If you have been in product through your career then you would be PM 2 or SPM. For PM2 around 30-40L cash(without esops) is the sort of standard in good orgs(can be small startups also).
