
Expected CTC for 10 YoE (C3B role)
HI all,
Need some suggestions on CTC part for TCS Joining. I have 10 years of experience. TCS is offering 26.3 LPA (22 fix and 4.3 performance pay). Is it worth to join TCS. any chance of salary negotiation post accepting offer. I am immediate joiner.
Current ctc: 21.4 (19 fix and 2.4 vp)

Forget about performance pay. TCS now a days paying only 5-6% of it for c3b. Your package will be only 22 now it will also have components like gratuity and medical insurance premium. So in hand will be very less. Calculate your in hand actual in tcs and then only think of joining tcs

any possibility to negotiate with HR post accepting the offer ?

30 to 35 LPA and make sure you have your desired salary in the fixed components itself

This is very less don’t join ask minimum 30-35% hike or atleast 30 lacs

I would say keep this as optional offer n try better company.. there is no first year hike for joiners pls keep this in mmid.. u can check with any lateral HR hides this u wil be on suprise after 1 yr.. afte putting lot of efforts u wont get first year hike..

Forget abt getting quarterly variable component, jus remove that from ur package..

I am the best example . I joined 6 months back . My variable pay as component is around 4.5 lak . Do you know how much they paid in last two payout ? ...last quarter 19k and this month 24k .

Mine is 25.16 . 13yoe. I feel underpaid.

Always consider variable pay as 0% because they can change policy any day and you will end up with the shorter side of the stick.
