Trending @Infosys; Expected CTC

Hi, I have the TCS HR interview scheduled. My current CTC is 4.57 LPA. I have 4.3 YOE, 2-3 YOE relevant in DevOps. How much should I ask? Thanks for the info.

If you ask 6-6.5, you will only make a fool of yourself. Start the negotiation with 10 and don't settle with less than 9

TCS gave 8 LPA for the C1 band.

8.5-9 would be ideal, few of my friends got within this range for C1 and they also had the CTC in between 4-4.5.

More than 6-6.5, that would be > 30% raise. I mean you should pitch a bit higher number so that after negotiating things can be balanced out. Or if you have some niche skill set then you can go much higher but keep in mind it's TCS. Hope this is helpul

Yes man, trying for another one, Accenture is not ready to pay more.

Bro you have 4.3 yoe . Even they pay around 11+ for 3yoe that too in testing. So take multiple offer and counter , don't get ready at low because at the end you should feel satisfied with the salary you are getting in new company

What salary I can expect from tcs having 12+ years java experience with CCTC 16 LPA

If it is your first switch you can Target for 100% hike, you'll get many calls once you're serving NP , so negotiate well
