Expected Compensation - BI Analyst - Agoda Bangkok

I have an expectation call regarding compensation discussion with Agoda this week for the role of BI Developer (Bangkok).

Can anyone guide me what should I ask as the expected package for this role?

My current base is 18,000 USD and I save a good amount of money in terms of taxation and I work remotely.

What should I ask for this role given I’m changing companies, and countries.

Would be great if someone can guide me on this.

After all the rounds. They ghosted me. After constant attempts to get the feedback, they told they found someone who is more experienced and is a local candidate.

I’ve read similar stories. Agoda might be scamming candidates lol
