I have an expectation call regarding compensation discussion with Agoda this week for the role of BI Developer (Bangkok).
Can anyone guide me what should I ask as the expected package for this role?
My current base is 18,000 USD and I save a good amount of money in terms of taxation and I work remotely.
What should I ask for this role given I’m changing companies, and countries.
Would be great if someone can guide me on this.
