Got an offer from NVIDIA for backend circuit design engineer. Work exp is 4yr 8 months. What compensation is ideal? base and stocks (RSU’s)

Even if u get less than ideal, it’s the best place to be currently and in future as per my opinion

Base should be 20-30 and stocks 60-80lacs as nvda stocks are at all time high and when u will vest ur esops it might go down as well.
