Expected Comp at Google

I have recently interviewed with Google for Data Scientist Product/ Senior Data Scientist role.

Expecting an offer in a couple of weeks.

My CCTC is 46 LPA [38(fix) + 12 (4×3 ESOPS) + 4(variable)]

Can i expect a 35 -40% increment on base plus 20-20l of RSUs a year as an offer?

At L4 you are already overpaid. L5 can do, but you haven’t mentioned your YoE

Can one be included in L5 with 6.7 yoe? What's the max base one can get in L4 and L5 respectively?

they cannot go beyond a range...you can negotiate on RSUs but there is a cap on base.

I would suggest ask the level you are interviewing for , if it's L4 as for L5 or stop the process if they dotn agree.
