Expectations from new company

I have 3 years of experience as a Java developer. Currently, I’m getting 7.2 LPA. I'm planning to change this company. As I am the only developer working with the company's co-founder, i handled everything end to end like deployment, any new features, payment integration, code optimization and all , what is the maximum salary I should expect from the new companies?
