Expectations

Good C++ devs are super rare, most dont use C beyond CP. A js/golang dev at 5++ can score 40lpa IMO, so a C++ dev shud aim for 50lpa, key is to look for such companies.
I once interviewed for a us startup who were doing some hardcore kernel programming using rust and were finding it really hard to get devs and were willing to pay much above industry standards.
