Expectations!!!!!

I think my expectations have only brought me to this position. Expected increment - Delayed by 6 months Expected Promotion - Nothing happened Expected Wings result to come in my favour - Passed but without distinction Expected Job change - nothing is happening Everything is so silent inside my head now.
