Expectation Salary Query!

Hello Everyone!

I’m currently based in New Delhi, working with a fixed salary of ₹6.52 LPA, a 4% variable, and a total CTC of ₹7.36 LPA. I’ve recently received an opportunity based in Bangalore, and I’m trying to evaluate the expected compensation I should ask for, considering the cost of living and relocation.

👉 The salary breakup (fixed + variable) structure is expected to remain the same. 💭 I'd love to hear your thoughts: What should be a fair expected salary range for Bangalore, keeping in mind the current market trends?
