If you’re disappointed about your hike or VP, hang on! You can expect another hike in June 2025 as per official communication. It depends on the regular business performance etc, however since base pay increases are also moving to June from December, this is something to be excited about. My base pay and hike has been the worst to date, however I’m grateful that there’s a marginal increase.

Management is just fooling us....It's clearly mentioned that only the promotion of folks ( L8 & above) will be shifted to June...The hike cycle is still in November so it's baseless logic that we will get hikes in June 25
What’s the guarantee that they are going to give you hike in May?? Don’t you think you just worked for nothing no hike no VP and may be in some cases appreciations.
We all work for money to live our lives and fulfill our dreams but this company who had not given hikes from last 2years do not realises this.
I hope the attrition rate goes upto 30%.
Time to move to next company.
