Too low even freshers are getting this salary try to switch

For YOE 5 and above, CTC = YOE * 1.5 is the least you need. If Bengaluru, multiply with 2. If More than that you are lucky. but if you have switched too much to jump up; beware, during layoff targets are the high paid roles or last in first out. I hope you have your answer.
