Hello, I wanted to check about EXL company, culture, wlb etc. I have an intent to offer from them at 14lpa, Assistant Manager- Projects (non IT).
Pls share your experiences also let me know if I could negotiate. My ask was 16lpa but seems there budget is 14lpa max. Currently at 10lpa 3.3yoe.
