Exit interviews

Exit interviews exist so companies can say: "We tried to listen" They already know why people leave.

They just don't want it written by someone who still has access.

Exit interviews are to judge how negative the employee is feeling about the company while leaving, and will just get recorded into their employee file.

That will go into the decision of whether they would want to hire that person back or not for some other opportunity in the future.

If you leave on cordial terms they might consider you again in the future, otherwise you'll just get blacklisted.
