Trending @Cognizant; Exit interview in clearance automation
As applied for resignation on 2 Oct and received the LWD was updated on 3 Oct on 4:30 pm and it was mentioned in the mail after 8 hours of this mail you need to go for Clearance automation and check for pending activities for exit interview,as there were no pending activities,but after that my account was blocked and could not complete the exit interview in clearance app ,My query how to handle this situation and is that exit interview mandatory for Clearance closure?
There was an exit survey in the clearance automation page.. you just needed that to fill.. these days they are not interviewing below SM level ... Just fill the survey and your exit interview done.. contact the exit team.. you must have got one mail id in resignation acceptance letter
I have not yet still received the Resignation Acceptance letter
