Exit interview
Can we talk about how toxic my manager was and when I reported the same to resource manager and requested for release. He told he has good rapport with my manager and if he tells what I told that will be a problem for me.
Can i mention this in my exit interview?
Never talk about your manager in an exit interview ever. By the way, I doubt TCS will conduct an exit interview. Congratulations on your move.
Why?
Duniya gol hai and IT world is small. Anyways you are leaving. People tend to meet each other in different organisations again. You never burn the bridge you have crossed. Give a thought.
Don't take names. Speak in general terms. It won't matter anyway to you since you are leaving.
