Trending @Accenture; Exit from bench period
Could anyone confirm that, if we are planning to exit from the bench, what are the notice period days to serve? Will the exit be from the bench itself or will it be retagged back to the previous project to serve 90 days NP?
If ur on bench.. Chances are high to get early exit.. U won't be tagged to prev project...Connect with HR they can guide u with required info..
when you are in project and then resigned ,they cant roll off you till your last day . But if you resigned on bench then no new project tag you ...in that case you can ask early release.

Can any HR in this forum confirm this please?? Will we be retagged back to the previous project when we exit from the bench. I heard chances are high to get retagged back,need confirmation on this.
