Exhausted - When will I get Offer atleast Hr

I have cleared my 3rd round of Deloitte interview on sep5th 2025 and last week on 27th I got mail stating that "I got selected and for further round(HR), we are awaiting a few business confirmations and internal approvals necessary to move ahead." I am working as Java Backend Developer having 3.10 YOE. can anyone please tell me how long the process will take atleast to get offer, as I've been trying since 9months at last I cleared all rounds from this company only else no one is accepting 90 days. Please , requesting if anyone knows how long does it take or they will take much time coz of my notice in Deloitte portal it's showing interview in progress.
