Executives/Online Courses from IIMs etc - Provide value or not ?
I have some 9 years of experience in sales and marketing and i want to know about the executive or online courses from IIMs and other Tier 1 colleges which is good for non-tech roles like Business, Marketing and sales mainly.
Want to know about its value in market for hiring. I’m keeping the knowledge as secondary place and primarily I want to know about the demand after having the brand name like IIMs as my bachelor is from tier 2/3+ college and also Want to know the demand in hiring, networking and industry connect…
Online course is useless. IIM ABC full time one year course is better since it offers high placements. But u need to give GMAT/GRE and seats are less for general category

Nope, doesn't help much with hiring. If you have a degree then it makes a difference. Courses not so much. Content in courses is also good for gyan but not very practically useful either.
