Executive Mba Suggestion

This is for my husband’s help. 31 year old M, with 10+ YOE, earning around 30 lpa. Been working as a senior technical consultant in deloitte(currently working). Mainly as a frontend dev. Have changed 3 companies in the whole career. 10th - 81.33 12th - 65% B.Tech - 65%

He is thinking of getting executive MBA done to be able to move into management roles easily. Doesnt want to leave the job because of responsibilities.

He can move into management without an MBA also. But feels MBA will open more opportunities, and help increase knowledge also.

Want to basically atleast double his pay, preferably triple, and it will take years without an Mba.

Please suggest colleges that will add value to my profile. And is it still possible to aim for mba 2026? Or should he wait for 2027?

He can earn atleast 45-50 without doing mba and by just moving to a decent product company.

And as far as I know most tech companies pays Dev's more than mba's at same experience. Also tech has more opportunities and better stability

Greedy only makes people suffer

30lpa *3 for that first you have to ask your husband what value he will bring

Company wants each employee to generate huge profit out of that he will get some amount

Your husband capable to generate 5x to 10x from 30lpa then he will get, if not no

And in IT those who earn high are the target layoff in each cycle it's not permanent though
