Thanks for reply.Yes through upgrade..I am an MBA graduate having 11 years of experience in different domain like AP , retail and IT..I want a carrer transition into HR and want to continue in HR only hence trying to do some certification.....but in TCS did not getting any guidance about this from anyone.
