Hi all, are all manager rejecting the exceptional work from home request Every month I got 10 days work from home balance,that for these days I can apply for work from home on infy me portal and other days I have to come to office For other days till now I was raising exceptional work from home request but now it getting rejected I's all are facing the same

Depending on your manager, if he / she wants them can be approved. Actually all these depend on your client as well.

It's depends on manager, if he/she rejecting , you can tell them proper reason, then he/she will approve for few days

How do you apply for exception in app?

Just apply simple wfh request if its quota of 10 days gets exceed it pop up to you that you are applying for exceptional one and then it will be applied as same as wfh request but with exceptional remark on that request and that is upto your manager to approve or cancel, If he doesn't approve for 7 days it will automatically get approved
