Hi, Previously after wfh limit for a month is over the exceptional wfh request used to get submitted under manager but now its not submittingbit gives a msg that if needed apply preapproval requests something. Is this specific to unit or the policy got changed recently?

Yes now it will not get submitted the process has changed

Yes, now we can not submit exceptional wfh. We need to apply pre approval request in the same portal and get manager and DM approval for the same

I believe you need to get it approved fron your HR, I did the same recently, I am not sure about your project.

Preapprovals are not allowed I guess. We need to come to office
Many projects coming to office
For us preapprovals they are asking to get letter from hr and only for medical reasons, otherwise leave
