Trending @Infosys; Exceptional WFH request

Hi Guys!

Any idea how to raise exceptional WFH request? I tried raising a ticket but not finding the correct option to select.

Can you help me about any idea to raise sn exceptional request?

Normal WFH and Exceptional WFH both are exactly the same. Just apply WFH by the same method. If you have WFH balance then it's normal WFH. Once WFH balance is exhausted, the request automatically becomes exceptional WFH.

Just go to Apply Wfh. Follow the same procedure as you do to raise the Wfh request. Exceptional wfh is the same as Wfh request except it is raised when you don't have wfh quota.
