Exception tool working or not

Hi everyone, I'm trying to raise an exception for a week, it's throwing an error as you are not eligible to apply and kindly connect with HRPA, but I had 70+ days left, I hardly applied for 5 weeks in the past one year, does anyone facing this issue. I'm traveling from Hometown to my work location every week. Is it RTO violation because of it am getting such an error. Please help me to understand and the exception tool is last refreshed on January 13th. Is it stopping me from applying for the exception?
