Trending @Accenture; Exception Request rejected by HR
My exception request to report to Bhubaneswar office is rejected by HR without providing any reason. Earlier it was approved by my manager but still HR rejected. HR also denied for a transfer to Bhubaneswar from Kolkata. I have completed 14 months here. Is 24 months mandatory for a transfer?
Previously it was 12months to change the base location....you could have done on sept 2024 when the window was opened
Or else you can check with PMO
My 12months here completed on 27th Dec 2024. After that when I checked it was 24months. And I got to know that only Employee Initiated Transfer requires 24months and transfer from project side can be initiated anytime. Is it true ?
Dont raise, i did not raise i k ew they will reject every single req, don't attend till u r not comfortable, but at last we should go to make complaint
