My exception request for RTO got auto rejected, as my PL didn't approve.. What to do now,? Need to raise a new one ? Or reinitiate this request??

Write a mail to ur People Lead and cc HR that it was auto rejected last time.

yeah need to proactively follow up with PL and HR until the request is approved on tool.

He is not approving,saying-"KT will be there for 2 months ,I should be in the office.." Indirectly he is saying, if I have to die then I need to die in the office,not at home..

try n talk to your manager if PL is not supporting
