Trending @Accenture; Exception request.
I have raised an Exception request for my medical conditions. My people lead and team lead agreed to do WFH for 3 months. But still the request is pending with the HR team. I mailed and even pinged them in the teams. No response.what can I do for this?
They'll not reply to you. The follow up to HR should go from either manager or the PMO. and request on mail will not be considered you'll need to raise exception on power tool

If your people lead and manager have approved and HR hasn't responded yet, they go ahead with their approval, don't wait for HR approval
It's a trap. HR is not at all approves these kind of requests now a days. Please lead and Manager is just like nothing
