Trending @Cognizant; Exception nomination for Q1, 2025 PA to A promotion

My SM reached out to me and get all details from me like last 3 yr ratings , Achievements and current work progress and all. They are going to nominate me in exceptional list by AVP level.

Do you have any idea on this ? Will I get promotion?

Last time as well my pm(sm) told they will try for expectional promotion but no help and this time also they said they will do waiting for the update and my pm told they might consider this time
