Exception from WFO

I need to take care of my 7 month old baby. Is there any possibility that I can get any exception till my baby turns 2?

As per policy, you can get up to child turning 1 year. After that it's possible only if account management pushes HR. Unless you have good rapport with your account management, it will be challenging.
