Trending @Accenture; Exception and WFO policy effect on promotion
I have already taken 1 exception to work from home for 2 months 2 months backs for fathers health now i am planning to take another for my health issues how will this effect my promotion chances if i have any and i go to office once every fortnight not once a week, my TL was chill but recently flagged it in a mail to me and a couple of my teammates just to clear her bucket that she did ask us but we still didn't go regularly, TL DR how does all theses policies effect promotions i am an ASE MAL 13. Level 12 and are managers, people lead or TL both same for me are these people restricted by HR or HR policies if i perform well but don't go to ofc regularly will i not be promoted

Bhai many are getting promotion for snowflake skill i have it but didn't get it in my project many people got recognition points i didn't get even those why is it like this i have been working hard 9 - 10 hrs from last 2 months at least why is my project like this, mine is the worst client ðŸ˜

I feel like talking to myself fuckkkkkk

You'll get peanuts so, better focus on your health

I heard this from my manager - during appraisal discussions AMs propose ASE, SE, and SSE candidates for promotion but if the promotion slots are lower than proposed candidates they do laddering which is basically ranking the candidates and during this very small things are also considered like submitting myte on time 💀 so based on the above i think WFO exception or not visiting office regularly might affect promotion

If you have got the exception approved in the portal it will not affect your chances of promotion

Yes definitely it will have affect on your overall evaluation

I even have a p3 not in my primary skill but still

Bhai koi kich bolo bhai

How good u perform irrespective of that following company policy is mandatory even if u r getting anything or not .
