Exact shift hours

As per my manager we have to be available in office for 10 hours..Can any HR/senior manager/ confirm that we have to be available for 9 hours or 10 hours?

7.5 hours is minimum incase your manager holds a grudge against you.. before Covid, we used to get monthly defaulter list if someone stayed less than 7hours.. that also your manager used to explicitly request that list. It was not even a universal policy

Or else literally you can stay 10mins..

All in all 10 hours is utter non sense.. be diplomatic and indirectly deny it. Cook up some personal excuse..

Mera -- kare 9 hrs.. Doing wfh since 5 months before that I used do swipe in or out .

If your project is forcing you to stay that long, take release, it shows a very toxic culture. Depends on the location also I feel. In blr most of them don't care that much timings.
