
Trending @Accenture; Ex Accenture Supervisor turned Manager at Natwest
My manager at client side is always coming back every couple of month with feedback that i join the call late..even if it was 2 min delay....he is ex Accenture and joined at client side and became the manager there , since he was my supervisor at Accenture so he is now telling me dont misuse my liniency while what i feel is he is not lenient at all and instead micromanaging me because people in team thinks he might favour me because he is ex Accenture.In order to save his image he is never dropping any appreciation instead highlighting smallest of misses and annoying me.I don't think he will ever give good feedback also At Accenture because he has to make an image at natwest that he is not favouring Accenture folks.Please suggest if i shall talk about this to my manager in Accenture.

Better you should concentrate on your deliverables and keep informing your deliverables to your Accenture management.By the way in which technology you are working for NatWest.

I would suggest as others mentioned focus on your deliverables and why the heck you can’t be punctual? Just join 2 mins early, it’s behavioural issue, work on it.

Just to add i always keep my tasks up to date while also managing adhoc work and stretching when required . he never appreciated all these efforts and instead folks who are working on single taks for weeks are never told a word.
