How will they measure revenue for an engineer? On basis of lines of code? How will they do it for design team? Or other centralised roles? Even this PM calculation does not seem correct to me since developers and other teams also.have contribution. Only pure sales people can somewhat determine their revenue contribution. Seems like some PM at slack had a shower thought and just wanted to create a "unique" feature
