Everyone will get hike but will get less hike as compared to previous years

Reason is ,it is standard industry procedure to spread obvious rumours of no hike so that everyone is disappointed and then they roll out 2-4% hike and then employees don’t rebel but instead they get happy as they were expecting 0 hike but now they got some hike.This move saves million of dollars for companies ,it is a psychological trick.
