Everyone is selfish
Hi have seen people many people struggling and asking their doubts here. But after they switch or get what they wanted they don't want to help anyone. If we comment or ping them personally they won't reply. Everyone wants to get success but no one wants to reveal their success story. How They prepared , how to get a call .
I can understand bro. I was also in same situation. World is like that can’t do anything. I have friends who are at manager and HR level also. But when ask for reference they come up with some reasons. So instead of thinking like this just focus on yourself and think that no one coming to save you. It’s just waste of time thinking that no one helping bcz no one cares. So stop wasting your time and focus on what you want.
Yes , you are correct. Because of that i never asked for referral. But at least they can guide us. Even if I fail in an interview, I inform the next person all the questions, at least someone can get it. But why others don't wants to help
Rule is : if the position they want to hire is urgent . Tell them u r in bench so u can release in 1 month max . First get the offer letter . Then try other companies
