Everyone is searching job?
Why is everyone I see is looking for a job change, there is something more serious is going on then we think. I guess be it any company small scale or large scale or startup or well-established, people are not happy with their job/ salary / manager/ company policy?
From past 1-2 year's I have been experiencing this trend has taken a sharp rise.
It's really strange that the next company they are wondering to get into must be having some or the other issues listed above then again this become a cycle. 🙄
Any thoughts?
Switching company is an ongoing activity.
From last 2 years, people are struggling to switch jobs and hiring has also slowed down. And list of people planning to switch is increasing day-to-day.
Not sure , when will the situation become normal again.
