I do feel the same buddy, was 22 when covid started and now 28, lost the prime years of my life 🥲. Been working from home since then but life is not same how it used to be before 2019. Years now feel like months. Actually we can never recover from the damage covid has caused. Constantly makes me feel i lost my crucial time which i could have used to explore life.
I also used to feel the same however now I only feel how fast the time has gone.
There are many examples who have started comparatively late in their lives but still made the most of it (Boman Irani, KFC Founder and more).
Also I don’t think the folks who survived a similar pandemic in the 1900s or 1800s won’t have thought like this.
When we were trying to survive the pandemic, we all were using social media a lot whether it was by choice or necessity or both.
Which has impacted our mental health and to add on it the impact the covid brain fog has made.
To summarise I would say let’s be kinder to ourselves and the world, be thankful and grateful that we survived the pandemic, and live life to the fullest rather than focusing on what could have happened if we hadn’t experienced the pandemic in our lives.

💯 % agree mate.
Honestly, I feel like I lost a lot of prime time in this period 😓
I also used to feel the same however now I only feel how fast the time has gone.
Because we all were trying to survive first and once we survived we took time to get out of the side effects we had from that survival phase.
Which is absolutely okay in my opinion.
This!
