every quarter I am getting less amount of performance bonus , my rto 100%

Any buddy have any idea why we are getting less amount of quarterly bonus even your rto is 100% . Any reason behind this?

  2. Deployment Index
  3. Unit Performance (consider only if your grade is C3A and above)
