An incident occurred where a so-called "heroic"(IN MY OPINON … BiG No)senior humiliated someone in front of everyone. Are we really still in this day and age? It seems we still don’t know which matters should be discussed, and where.

They have no right to act like this. They're employees, just like us. These people only want to show off and prove they're better, even though they lack good habits themselves. Insulting others publicly won't gain them anything. It's easy to talk, but they'll need to act like a true leader to back it up.

Make that person to pay daily tea and snacks bill. Even the same kind of person is there in our team, his work is to humiliate everyone so everytime at the time of tea we make him to pay our tea and cigs bill.
