Even healthcare is ridiculous

One of my friends had taken insurance through even. So to put some lights he got admitted to the hospital on Monday, he got discharge approval yesterday(Wednesday )around 1pm, the insurance claim was begun around that time and he is still there waiting at hospital after spending an extra night in the hospital.

When you call them and ask, they just say they dont have any update, this process has taken more than 18 hours now. Still waiting at the hospital and writing the review here (Thursday ) Please don't ever buy insurance from them.

I always suggest people to take insurance via offline trusted agent(s). In such situations, you need a person on ground to help, rather waiting for ‘tickets of approval’.

+1... Most new age insurance are companies that entered to capture the "float". They most likely will use all delay and denial tactics. Avoid them like plague
