Even having 5+ years of experience. Not promoted to ITA. Given release from the project. Allocated to a new one. Is there anybody or me?
Everybody needs to think to save the job for monthly expenses other than that we can’t expect more hereafter. For Higher salary persons , there is no job security in current market scenario. We need to arrange alternate income, saving schemes etc

My opinion is, post office saving scheme, buying gold that’s it. If anyone have financially fine means, think to start business. Basically need to think physical jobs only. Tech role replacing only in 5 years. May be we need to wait other industry will come for us but not for the tech role. We need to plan to do different kind of jobs. AI is the advance revolution in IT industry.
