Take sick leaves if you have slightest fever or cold Redeem casual leaves often just for fun, they don't get passed on to next FY Plan at least two weeklong holidays with family/friends Don't work too hard at your job, even if you want to, do it with the intention of switching in mind Remember life is unfair at large, how tf do you expect your ratings to be fair?
