Looking for help, please guide me

Actually my relieving date is 30 October still my access not gone, I have submitted all the assets and card ,but not sure what happened to be honest I am getting painic now , please help.

Hey, don't stress too much. Sometimes access takes a bit to update. Just drop a note to IT, they'll sort it out.
