Evaluating an Offer
Got an offer for SPM role in a real estate company. Pretty lean team. Number of users will be limited only to 1 lakh maximum, but multiple uses. Not paying that great. But I've been job hunting since 6 months, with no progress. To restart my career, Should I accept this offer & continue looking OR reject this offer and wait it out? TIA
Your first priority should be to get a job - if you have a offer, better to accept and then keep on looking in parallel
But if I keep looking, will new employer not question it? Since I've accepted the job offer recently?
Don't mention it that you've joined. Keep it as an open offer for leverage
